Idolgenius is Danny Ray Vasquez’s artist name which was thought of and given to by Danny's high school friend Marcus Williams back in 2005. In the beginning of 2023, Danny finally decided to adopt the artist name and began signing his artwork under Idolgenius with a lowercase (i).
Danny Ray Vasquez was born in Phoenix, Arizona on June 29th, 1988. Danny is self-taught in art, mathematics and physics. Danny is a nonprofit artist living in Phoenix, Arizona whom creates works of art under his artist name idolgenius.
idolgenius.org is a website that shares Danny Ray Vasquez’s original artwork, theoretical framework of gravity and his technological advancements in space exploration.
Note: Only Danny’s artwork is available to view at this time. All other works of Danny’s are currently pending a release date.
Brief Life-story of Danny Ray Vasquez:
Not to be mistaken with having trouble with learning but as a child Danny had no interest in learning school academia's and was continuesly getting into trouble by simply not wanting to do school work. Danny managed to pass every grade up until 12th grade. Even throughout high school Danny just simply did not take school seriously and just wanted to be at play. Danny put basketball and art before anything and loved playing basketball competitively. When Danny wasn't playing basketball he was drawing.
Even when homework was due Danny would spend his “homework time” drawing or playing basketball with his friends. In the 12th grade Danny dropped out of high school but quickly got himself back in school and earned his GED at Phoenix Job Corps Center. After graduating, Danny began working as a security guard and slowly over time started to lose interest in basketball and art. The next 9 years Danny floated around with many different security companies barely making ends meet. While working as a security guard, in most cases, there was a significant amount of downtime for Danny.
In 2012, Danny started to take advantage of the downtime and started to learn more about art, physics, math, religion and other things. Oh, how things have changed with Danny. Where learning was of no interest with Danny, and now he is obsessed with it. His mind became a sponge to soaking up information and in the course of 9 years Danny came across developing new models of gravity and mathematics to support his claims.
In 2015, Danny developed a gravity model describing that space is an absorbent fabric and time is simply a “laggy consequence” due to matter occupying and moving through the quality of pores in space. Danny named his gravity model ATG (The Absorption Theory of Gravity). For a short amount of “time” from the year 2015 to the year 2024. During that time frame, Danny's theory was only supported with his mathematical framework but on July 21st, 2024 Danny found a way to experimentally test the core principles of ATG. One of the principles being that space absorbs matter inside a 4pi space - to simply put.
Furthermore, the gravity model in ATG accurately predicts the elliptical orbits, velocities, distances and orbital periods of all nine planets in our solar system. Basically, supplementing extra qualities of space and time to map out planetary motion in uniform with quantum orbitals. Danny's theory also includes a model of measuring a more acceptable distance between the nucleus and the electron in a hydrogen atom in its ground state. Meaning, in regards to planetary orbits in uniform with quantum orbitals the Vasquez radius exhibited in ATG is found more useful than the standard Bohr radius of Niels Bohr’s model.
Note: Danny's Absorption Theory of Gravity and his latest experimental findings supporting his theory is at a final stage of development. A scientific paper of Danny's latest findings has been developed and on September, 14th 2025 the complete manuscript is scheduled to be submitted to a journal focused on the study of light interactions and optical phenomena. To ensure legitimacy of Danny's theory and claims. We find it appropriate and is our policy to submit the work for peer-review to a well respected scientific journal prior to releasing any theoretical models or experimental findings to the general public.
In 2018, Danny founded Delicalism - a patient way of working with napkins to help with improving artists drawing techniques. His portrait drawings on napkins are flawless and are the most realistic portrait drawings done on napkins in the world.
In 2021, Danny founded the raindrop technique - a way of making abstract art with the nature of rainfall. The raindrop technique is the most significant method Danny uses to make abstract art. Danny’s collaborative abstract art with nature is done by prepping paint on canvas and having the rain distort the paint acting as a brushstroke, handled only by nature itself. Danny's paintings of the raindrop technique is exhibited in his art theme: Brushstrokes Handled by Nature.
